PERFORMED TIRE ROTATION & AIRED TIRES UP TO PROPER AIR SPECIFICATION
HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL (OIL AND FILTER)
Lubricated and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked air filter and breather filter. Checked all fluid levels and tire pressures. Performed basic safety inspection. Road tested vehicle.
Inspected front brakes pads & rotors as well as rear brake pads and rotors or shoes and drums for brake condition & measurements. Inspected entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (5MM) Rear (5MM)
FULL DIGITAL INSPECTION
FLOOR MAT & SEAT COVER IN CUSTOMER VEHICLE
INSPECT & CLEAN ANY GREASE MARKS AND FINGER PRINTS FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF CUSTOMERS VEHICLE WHEN DONE WITH REPAIRS

Check engine lamp on. Verified complaint. Scanned 2 separate faults/problems. P0430 and P0328. Fault P0430 Bank 2 Catalyst Below Efficiency. A/F sensor working correctly, O2 sensor ranges good, fuel trims good. No exhaust leaks. There is a TSB to updated PCM for P0430 and 4 other codes but you can see voltage drop on bank 2 O2 sensor. Test and diagnosed failed bank 2 Catalyst. Need to replace then retest. Also recommend PCM updates. Fault P0328 for Knock sensors. They are under intake and needs disassembly. Most likely failed knock sensors. May need sub harness. Will need fuel injection seal kit for GDI injectors as injectors have to be removed to replace knock sensors. -Recommend knock sensors and sub harness for knock sensors. Recommend spark plugs with repair as intake manifold has to be removed to do spark plugs and knock sensors. Vehicle is also due for valve adjustment. Recommend valve adjustment as intake manifold has to be removed to perform valve adjustment. -Recommend starting with performing software update for p0430 code. Does not guarantee to fix code but per TSB this is where we need to start. -BOTH KNOCK SENSORS AND SUB HARNESS FOR KNOCK SENSORS – REMOVED & REPLACED -PERFORMED VALVE ADJUST ON BOTH BANKS, INTAKE & EXHAUST PER MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS -SPARK PLUGS – REMOVED & REPLACED -VALVE COVER GASKETS WITH SPARK PLUG TUBE SEALS – REMOVED & REPLACED -REQUIRED REMOVING INTAKE MANIFOLD – REPLACED UPPER AND LOWER INTAKE GASKETS
SOFTWARE UPDATE
